CEO
James Fennessy brings clients more than 15 years of experience helping
leading organisations increase profitability by improving management,
sales and service. His work includes designing and managing long-term
strategic sales projects, and implementing worldwide performance
improvement initiatives.

Director
Ian has over 20 years experience as a Director of both Public and
Private Companies. Ian has been actively engaged in sales management
and the development and delivery of Sales Training programs since the
mid 1980’s. His passions are sales and business development, the
development of people and change management. |

Bryn Hughes
Principal Consultant
Bryn brings to Huthwaite over 15 years' experience across a variety of
industries, notably Capital Goods and Technology. His depth of
knowledge in B2B CRM systems and Sales Methodologies has allowed him to
be instrumental in driving sales performance initiatives across a
variety of organisations, and has given him a unique perspective to
provide effective solutions to Huthwaite clients.

Simon's background includes over ten years sales experience across
Australia, the US and New Zealand. Simon has worked across a wide
variety of industries and a range of sales and sales management
positions, providing him with a unique insight from which to appreciate

focused on delivering outcomes that form a foundation to improve his

Ally Benbow
Principal Consultant
Both colourful and diverse, Ally’s background is well and truly
entrenched in sales having spent over 12 years working for large
corporates in Australia and the UK, mainly in the IT&T sector.
Ally also knows first hand the drivers and pressures felt in business,
as prior to joining Huthwaite Ally owned and managed her own successful
sales and distribution business for three years.

Sean Doyle
Sales Manager - Open Programs
Sean has had a solid sales career, initially B2C and for the last 8
years B2B, with several years working abroad in the UK. A recent focus
has been outbound telephone sales in the Australian marketplace. Sean
is particularly interested in sales performance improvement and is
passionate about developing clients’ sales skills.

Martin Woolgar
Senior Consultant
Martin has a strong sales background, initially in retail banking and insurance then moving into sales management and business improvement within the commercial direct and intermediary channels of UK Insurance. Trained in various business improvement methodologies, Martin has experience most recently as a project manager and has a passion for implementation and achieving results. Martin is particularly interested in change management and sales improvement and is extremely passionate about working with clients to resolve their needs and deliver customer focused results.

Director - Client Results
Drawing on her extensive experience in people-focused roles, Sara leads
our Client Results Team on the implementation and delivery of sales
performance improvement initiatives. Sara and the Client Results Team
work with our clients to ensure they have the tools and support they
need to understand ‘the how’ in implementing change effectively and
creating a high performance sales culture. |

Jill
works with Huthwaite’s Account Managers and Facilitators to develop and
implement customised, sales performance improvement solutions for
various projects across a range of clients in Banking & Financial
Services, Recruitment, Professional Services, Manufacturing and Health
sectors. Jill has a diverse background in project management and
learning and development roles and brings this experience to her role

Melinda Kunjasich
Manager - Client Results
Melinda
brings to Huthwaite a wealth of legal knowledge, strong communication,
problem solving and analytical skills – all gained while practicing as
a lawyer previous to her position as Manager of Client Results. Melinda
has been exposed to a broad range of companies (small, medium and
large) and both national and international firms.

As Director of Training for Huthwaite Asia Pacific, Ian works with the
consulting and facilitator delivery team to achieve the best
performance outcomes for Huthwaite clients. Ian is a Master Trainer in
several Huthwaite Workshops and is responsible for the professional
standards within the delivery team. |

Director - Finance & Administration
A qualified CPA, Bryanna has had proven success in financial planning,
reporting and change management as a result of her 12 years experience
working in the service industry. Bryanna is determined to deliver
strategies that will assist in growing the business and has a strong
focus on improving financial controls and implementing new systems to
satisfy the business’s increasing demands. |
